1. Returns

1.1. Return Window

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2. Non-returnable Items

2.1. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us at contact@gifthaven4u.com. with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package within 7 days.
    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours. 

3. Refunds

3.1. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. After initiating the refund process, money will be credited to your concerned bank account within 10 working days.
  •  To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly request that all customers record a video while opening their parcel. This video will serve as proof of the condition and contents of the package upon delivery. The recorded video will be necessary to claim a return for any reason.

3.2. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1. Steps to Take

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

5.1. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can exchange the items within 7 days of receiving it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at contact@gifthaven4u.com

6. Shipping

6.1. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.2. Shipping Time

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will ship the products within 48 hours and then It takes 7-8 working days to reach at your doorstep.

6.3. Shipping Insurance

  • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
