2.1. Initiating a Return

- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package within 7 days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. After initiating the refund process, money will be credited to your concerned bank account within 10 working days.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly request that all customers record a video while opening their parcel. This video will serve as proof of the condition and contents of the package upon delivery. The recorded video will be necessary to claim a return for any reason.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can exchange the items within 7 days of receiving it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at contact@gifthaven4u.com

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.2. Shipping Time
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will ship the products within 48 hours and then It takes 7-8 working days to reach at your doorstep.
6.3. Shipping Insurance
- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
